What web browsers are supported?
Firefox 78 or newer, Chrome 87 or newer, Edge 88 or newer, Safari 14 or newer, and other modern browsers are supported. Internet Explorer is not supported. We use many newer web technologies which are not supported by IE.
What if a video or image does not load?
Videos and images are not hosted by 2pic -- they live on other Internet servers and 2pic just links to them. Occasionally the original resource is not available on those servers. The server may be down or the resource has been deleted, and thus 2pic cannot connect to it.
What if a video does not have sound?
Not all 2pic videos have sound. If the video does have sound, the sound button at the top of the website is set to play sound, and your device is not muted, sound will play.
How do I visit the source or the Reddit post associated with a video or image?
Click/tap on the ⋮ menu at the upper-right of the video or image, and select to visit the Reddit post that it came from, or the source website.
This is especially useful, for example, to view news items in areas like UpliftingNews.
Can I fast-forward or rewind a video?
Yes. Double-click/tap on the right side of a video to skip ahead 5 seconds, or on the left side of a video to rewind by 5 seconds.
Why are some videos looping if I have video looping turned off?
Some Reddit videos are in the old GIF format. These videos, by their nature, are different than regular web video: they don't have sound, they don't have controls (and thus you also can't fast-forward or rewind them), and they always loop. These videos will show a looping progress bar instead of the usual progress bar.
What if I find something objectionable?
2pic strives to be an uplifting, positive place. If you see something that does not live up to that, there are a couple options:
Click on the ⋮ menu at the upper-right of the objectionable video or image, and visit the Reddit post that it came from. Downvote that post, and/or tag it as 18+. A Reddit account is required for this.

What if I have a new subreddit I'd like to see?
We want to safely expand the amount of positive content available on 2pic. If you have a suggestion for a media-based subreddit with positive content that we could include, please send it to us at support @ 2pic.us.
Does 2pic track me?
No. 2pic does not use trackers, and since there is no login, there's no data to sell or passwords to get stolen.
2pic does use anonymous Google Analytics so I can evaluate the site's health and make improvements. This does not contain any personal info.
If 2pic is free, how do you make money?
This seems to be an odd concept these days, but the purpose of 2pic is not to make money. I simply want to create a place with only positive content, because that is such a rarity these days.
